Monday: Chest and Triceps

  • Bench Press: 3 sets of 8-12 reps

  • Incline Dumbbell Press: 3 sets of 10-12 reps

  • Triceps Extensions: 3 sets of 12-15 reps

Tuesday: Back and Biceps

  • Pull-ups: 3 sets of as many reps as possible

  • Bent-Over Rows: 3 sets of 8-12 reps

  • Bicep Curls: 3 sets of 10-12 reps

Wednesday: Legs

  • Squats: 3 sets of 5-8 reps

  • Lunges: 3 sets of 10-12 reps per leg

  • Calf Raises: 3 sets of 15-20 reps

Friday: Shoulders and Core

  • Overhead Press: 3 sets of 8-12 reps

  • Lateral Raises: 3 sets of 12-15 reps

  • Plank: 3 sets, hold for 30-60 seconds
